Montesol Medical Centers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions
- Conduct routine wellness exams, annual physicals, and health screenings
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans and coordinate specialist referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed APRN eligible to practice in the State of Florida. Must have an active and unrestricted Florida APRN license.
- Professional Liability Insurance must be current and active.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting preferred
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff in both languages.

Compensation: $124,800.00 - $135,200.00 per year
